Who are we?

Sunnyside Projects was set up in 2002 and in 2008 we launched our designer furniture collections under the name of Furniture by SP and celebrated with our new website.

So, with a combined 30 years in the furniture industry from our team, you can be assured of a service second to none.

We offer a range of services to the Property Industry:

• Turnkey packages for Landlords and Property Managers including furniture, electrical goods, kitchen packs, linen, artwork etc. All goods can either be bought or rented

• Bespoke furniture solutions for a custom look

• Supply first time buyers with reasonably priced furniture packages. If it helps, they can be bought with our gift vouchers

• Home staging/house doctoring - If you are selling your home, we can help with professional impartial advice and rental furniture if required.

• Show Homes - We can supply and install everything to transform your property. All goods are available for rental.
