Who are we?

Sunnyside Projects was set up in 2002 and in 2008 we launched our designer furniture collections under the name of Furniture by SP and celebrated with our new website.

We offer a range of services to the Property Industry:

• Turnkey packages for Landlords and Property Managers including furniture, electrical goods, kitchen packs, linen, artwork etc. 

• Bespoke furniture solutions for a custom look

• Home staging/house doctoring - If you are selling your home, we can help with professional impartial advice and rental furniture if required.

• Show Homes - We can supply and install everything to transform your property. All goods are also available for rent.
