1. Will you deliver?

· Yes, we deliver free to areas of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Dundee.  To check if you qualify for free delivery please click here.

2. Do I have to be at the property when you deliver?

· No, we arrange to have the keys picked up prior to the delivery. We also unpack all products, crockery is put away in the cupboard, beds are made and floors are hoovered.

3. Will you uplift unwanted items?

· Yes we can.  We will remove on a 'like for like basis, there will be a charge of £9.50 + vat per item.

4. Do you offer any type of guarantee?

· All products that are purchased carry a one year guarantee.

5. Are there any limits on the amount of packages I can buy?

· No, there are no limits on the number of packages that you can buy.

6. Does the furniture come assembled?

· Yes, our team of specialists will fully assemble your furniture on site and move it into position for you.

7. Do you take the packaging materials away?

· Yes and we recycle as much waste as possible.

8. Where do you source your furniture?

· We try to source as near to to home as possible, in the UK and mainland Europe.  This ensures our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum.

9. Can you supply carpets, curtains or blinds?

· Yes we can! Please contact our office so we can arrange access to your property to measure up. There is a small charge of £35+vat for this service.
